1 · HOST

Run a session in your setting

Family hubs, libraries, museums, youth groups and holiday clubs. You provide the room and the invitation. We bring everything else and build the session round your families.

  • A one-page planner for your own first sessionFill it in and you have a session, with a running order that works.

Tell us what you need

Two minutes. You get the pack straight away, and we come back with a plan built round your families rather than a brochure.

Please do not include any details about individual children, families or staff.

Where cost is the barrier, ask us. We hold a small number of sponsor-funded places so that a group is not excluded on price.

2 · FUND

Fund a series, and families walk in free

For councils, commissioners, funders and responsible businesses. Your funding is what makes the session free at the door. Families pay nothing and the venue pays nothing. You make that possible.

What funding buys

  • A defined series in trusted local venuesYou choose the ward, the locality or the setting type. We deliver in places families already go.
  • One consolidated impact reportAggregate attendance, host feedback and family feedback. Written to be usable in your own reporting.
  • Unnamed counts onlyWe never receive a register, an attendance list or any child's name.
  • Nothing branded at the childrenNo sponsor branding in the room or on anything a child takes home. Credit sits on our communications and in the reporting.
  • Outcomes mapped for a bidWe have mapped this ourselves to four National Lottery Community Fund outcomes under "communities help children and young people thrive".

Commissioning a pilot rather than sponsoring one? Ask for the commissioning brief: need, offer, outcomes, evaluation and costs in one document.

Talk about funding a series

Tell us roughly what you have in mind. We reply with a proposal and a quote, not a brochure.

If you have a funding deadline, say so in the notes and we will work to it.

3 · ATTEND

Nothing running near you yet

We are honest about this. No venue has hosted a community session yet, so there is nothing for you to book today. Take the free kit home in the meantime, and we will tell you when a session opens near you.

The free family kit

  • Four printable activity pages, including a cut-out fridge cardThe Money Rule and the Money Tap, a pocket money chart, a needs and wants game, and a saving tracker.
  • Works with coins, stars or stickersNo money changes hands and nothing needs buying, so every family can join in.
  • Built for ages 4 to 7Five minutes at the kitchen table, not homework.

Get the free family kit

Two fields. We will send the kit, and let you know if a session opens near you.

You provide the room

We bring everything else. Three sessions of 45 to 60 minutes, children and their grown-ups together, with one or two of our facilitators alongside your own staff. Children stay with their grown-up throughout, you stay responsible for safeguarding your attendees and venue, and we are never alone with a child.

Nobody is asked about their money

No child is asked to compare what they own, and no adult what is in their account. Every activity works with stars, stickers or pennies.

One honest boundary

This is preventative money education, not regulated debt or benefits advice. For that we always signpost to Citizens Advice, StepChange or MoneyHelper.
